The whole process up to the interview was a complete mess. A 6 stage process is ridiculous, extremely poor candidate experience, single interviewer panels open to bias. No consistency in the tools in which interviews are arranged. It’s very clear that 1. The whole recruitment process needs to be looked into as it’s extremely poor 2. Candidate experience is currently zero and you’re treated like a number with no feedback given even when requested.
