I met with the recruiter, had what seemed like a great interview, and was ghosted shortly thereafter. No follow ups or anything. Felt as if it wasn’t a serious job opening.

It was great and pretty transparent. First met with HR, then the 2nd interview with 2 member of the Team, then wi the the founder. I did not eventually get the offer but communication was clear through the process
