Interview
Talent acquisiion lead cold-messaged me on LinkedIn on May 14th, saying he was "really keen" to speak to me about the role. I replied within a minute, saying "yes". He asked for my CV, which I updated and sent within the hour. Identical experience to the LinkedIn profile he had allegedly looked at.
Never heard from him again, except for some excuses the second time I prodded him... and some BS about having a call the next day, which of course never happened.

Interview
Initial phone conversation followed by task based exercise. The process was very human and personal. Very engaging which is encouraging for management. I did not get an offer but felt appreciated nonetheless.
