Easiest process imaginable. It's two rounds because there are only two full time employees. The founder does a "behavioral" round where he tries to ask about projects on your resume but it's clear he's never done a single research project himself and honestly would be better off having chatgpt read resumes in advance so he could ask stuff to not make him look like such a doofus. The other round is with the cofounder or whatever his title is and it's a basic coding question.
I should have declined the internship and seen all the red flags. If you ever ask yourself "how bad could it be?". I can assure you, it can be VERY bad.
