Excessive recruitment process, with more than one take home assessment across 7 or so stages. Time consuming for both sides and bureaucratic. Rightly or wrongly implies they have difficulty making decisions and trusting those involved in the process
Thorough, but fast, and in-depth. It felt very structured. I got to meet several relevant people along the way and had two long (120!) interviews where I learned very much about myself. They do a great job at keeping candidates highly engaged while you learn about the company,

Pretty basic, nothing too fancy, was simple lead generation questions but nothing impossible to answer. I would have loved to move this forward but sadly it was not the case as I was not accepted.
