There were multiple rounds but the team is really great and friendly. The rounds consisted of your standard initial interview, the hiring manager, then a demo you lead of a piece of the system.

Question 1
How would you prioritize a full backlog of onboarding and critical tasks?
3 step interview. First a phone with HR, 2nd a video call with the hiring manager and the third with some people of the team where you have to do a mock training session.
After speaking with the team, it was beyond clear this was going to be a role where you were going to be overly worked and for such low pay. Should’ve guessed that when they required a “mock training session”. Requiring free labor for a job whose MAX pay is $70k is ridiculous lol. Disguising the job as entry level but then requiring the person to “help build the team, processes and procedures” is a slap in the face. Overall, seems like the average company who wants to take advantage of their employees. Glad I dodged the bullet :)
