Applied through my universities job board and got contacted a few weeks later saying they wanted to interview me the next day. Interviewed with two higher-ups for ~45 minutes. Started off talking through my resume and relevant experience then worked through 2 cases.

Question 1
Work through a case involving a hospital seeking to implement a new ERP software. How would you go about implementing the software, what additional info would you need, etc.
The first interview was a behavioral, then the second was a case, and the final interview was another behavioral about your personality tendencies.
The process was smooth and was organized but a little bit fast paced and on the spot

Interview
Fairly easy, with case study and behavioral interviews. Case study centered around consulting process of a project and the behavioral was centered on your experiences and handling of situations. Company was very good with communication as well.
