Interview

Question 1

This role involves coaching others on how to engage community members to get them to sign up for free home energy assessments. This could be tabling at events, establishing partnerships, doing canvassing (aka going door-to-door to talk to people), or presenting at events. Please describe any experience you have using these tactics and/or talking to people to get them to take action. Imagine that you are coordinating with these stakeholders for a letter to go out to residents. You need the approval from the city to use the seal and you need the mayor’s signature. Your contact at the city says they are “working on it”, but you’ve been waiting a couple of weeks for the things you need. What would you do?
