Interview
All the interview process was via zoom. After an hr meeting the next one was for understanding my profile and check the matching between the job and my wills. The staff were very nice and warm. It gave me confidence and a good thought on the people who work there.
The process included:
A warm and friendly call with a recruiter
A short Zoom interview
An in-person technical interview (without coding)
A business discussion
And an HR interview
The entire recruitment team was professional, kind, and efficient.
Everything was transparent, the communication was clear, and I received helpful feedback throughout.
I truly enjoyed the process and felt respected and welcomed at every step.
