AGOF has a great mission which is articulated well online. The interview process however was unnecessarily long with little to no room to negotiate salary. Would be beneficial to have a someone influential to have someone within the organisation to support your case when in negotiation stage.

Lengthy and unfair process that raised expections. It starts with an hour long interview with presentations you've prepared, followed by 4 psychometric tests (approx 2 hours long). Clearances signed and medical reports provided (I have a disability). This was not enough, unfortunately.
