Allegiant Business Solutions interview questions

This place is a complete scam. I was interviewed by Ahmed. The interview was about 45 minutes. He made everything sound like it was such an important company and like this was such an important position and they made you feel like you were going to have this very fancy job but in reality you’re going to be working as a target , Walmart or whatever store they send you employee basically getting paid $10 an hour, unless you make commission. They either pay you $10 an hour but if the commission is greater than they will pay you your commission instead. I asked him what the day today life of an employee at that company is and he was very hesitant to give me a straight answer and tried to make it seem fancy but in reality you’re just going to have a folding table and you’ll be stopping people and annoying them to try and sell them a phone service. When you go on their website there isn’t a single photo of people working at target or Walmart all you see is everyone professionally dressed having team meetings and just having a great time, they are extremely sneaky. Do not trust these people imagine working hard for your bachelors and thinking you landed a marketing job, and then you end up making $10 an hour working at target absolutely disrespectful. I am beyond furious that they wasted my time. I am so glad I investigated before even going to the second interview. Finding a job as a single mom has been a nightmare so for them to do this to me after I switched around my schedule is a slap in the face.
