I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz in Mar 2021
Interview
A couple of days after applying online, I received an invitation to complete a one-way video interview and a psychometric assessment. Within the next hour of completing the video interview and assessment, I received AI-generated feedback. A few days later, I got a text message from the recruiter asking to arrange a phone interview and we agreed to do it that day in the afternoon. Some phone interview questions were similar to the video interview questions, so I answered her questions the same way I did in the video interview, but did not progress to the next stage.
The job was reposted the following week. I also noticed that this particular position gets frequently reposted, which is indicative of high turnover, so I don't understand why they struggle to find someone to do this entry-level job because in this COVID-19-induced economic climate, there are so many jobseekers who would be happy to undergo the training and work.

HR contacts you directly on phone if you meet the requirements then invites you to an assessment centre. The assessment centre falls into 2 section - You are divided into groups then asked to solve a question. The other section is short interview with a team lead to answer a call based on a script given same day of assessment.
