A representative from the HR department contacted me to arrange a 15-minute phone call with the hiring manager. During the call, the manager asked me a series of technical questions about my skills, experiences, and my interest in the company and their therapeutic approach. It was important to demonstrate ownership, responsibility, precision, and a basic understanding of their technology. Also be prepared to answer questions about reporter assays and HTS. The next round is an HR round followed by a 4 people panel interview.
