Reposting because of removal by employer and GD:
I made it to the final step of the offer after having had an initial TA Screening and a more practical interview stage with a C-Level whom I'd be reporting to. At this point the VP of People got in contact with me about the offer they were going to make me and then just disappeared. We followed up a few times and they had claims that they were busy onboarding a new CRO, which is fair, but then I was totally ghosted by everyone including the VP of People, which gives the absolute worst image of this company. Sadly, this is a total red flag and I dodged a bullet.
