      Short-sided management, no future...

      Pros

      Not sure there is anything here to mention... the ship sinking fast.

      Cons

      C-levels have no strategic thinking. They are immature and short-sided. Company culture is inexistent. There is no career growth. People are commodities: easily traded when fortune turns.

      - Fast paced environment with an ever evolving product / strategy - Great team with some very smart, hard working people - Flexible work from home environment leading to a good work / life balance - Great challenge in bringing something new to the market

      Cons

      - Start-ups aren't for everyone, as long as you accept there's going to be ups and downs then you're in the right place!
