I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
very smooth, respond to you quickly. The first round interview is basically a walk through of your resume, your understanding of the company and the role you're applying for. Their emails generally consist of good enough background to help you understand what to prepare for.
Wouldn't recommend applying unless you're interested in a sales/business development type of role. The interview process is drawn out and they ask unusual questions that dig into your personal choices in both the initial screening and following rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you choose the college you attended?
Why did you choose your major?
What was the easiest and hardest college course you took and why?
For each entry on your resume, they'll ask you to explain why you took on that position and what you would change about your experience in that role.

Interview
First round is an HR screening where they ask the standard interview questions. They also will ask about the questions they tell you to prepare for in the email beforehand (questions about your background and what you know about the company).
