I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Given the AVA interview. Asked a series of questions about why AlphaSights and what other jobs I am looking at. Was a pretty weird experience. Good to go through early because more companies are starting to interview this way as well. Questions test you to think on your toes and in a way make you feel uncomfortable to see how you react in situations.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
