I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
This was a first round interview for the Associate positions. It was conducted by a member of HR and a Manager who were both friendly.
They asked me to walk them through my CV and asked about my future motivations. They did include some unexpected questions ("why didn't you get into oxford") as well as some predictable ones ("name a time you managed your time well to meet a deadline").

Question 1
"Why are you applying to Consultancies as well as AlphaSights; which Consultancies do you have interviews for; how do you distinguish between them; which Consultancy would you prefer to work for".
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
