Interview
Submitted CV online, and heard back from AlphaSights HR team in HK within a week. I was asked to do a video assessment and gave me about a week to complete it. Reading other reviews you can probably guess some questions can catch you off guard, so take time to read other reviews before the assessment. You get 4 questions, for each question you will have 15 seconds to prepare and a minute to answer.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
