I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Once you send in your resume you'll get an email requesting you complete a video assessment within 7 days. The video assessment is odd but not terrible - mostly just strange to talk to yourself in your computer. My video assessment just asked three questions and they let you do a trial run before starting.
Then, if they are still interested in you, you'll be asked to sign up for a 'skype' interview through a website called Room. You are prompted to select a time that works for you (warning most are during the work day so this can be tricky if you have a full time job/school). The video interview was intense - took about 45/50 minutes and was non-stop questions. My interviewer was really kind and personable however, so it wasn't too stressful. Just be prepared to talk for a long period of time.
After the skype interview you'll be asked into the office to interview in person. I didn't get that far so I can't explain further.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the Client Service Associate role at AlphaSights?
competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
