I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

I couldn't make it to Round 4. But the case-study round was really subjective. The interviewers feel as if they are subject experts but they don't know much. Most of them don't even have a good degree. It feels funny when someone with marketing major tells you that they are experts in your field. They don't even know the basic difference anyone with a degree in that field knows. But they feel as if they know a lot. Typical BS kind of guys.

Normal BS questions like background, strength, what does AS do, CV based questions, etc.
Case Study -
Really arrogant German-American guy asked about some random topic. Initially, he asked about if I give you X amount of money and wanted to invest in Z field then how would you approach it. It felt almost like an interrogation. Then he asked about the business process that I would adopt. Towards the end he asked me the person I would like to call regarding the business idea I had just proposed. Its really important to pick a person that he wants you to pick. And then we had a fake phone call with that person. His associate was playing the role of that person. I haven't seem such an arrogant person in my life-time. He might be even racist.
Personal fit interview -
Normal BS questions. A lot more focus on your childhood and what your friends think of you. He also asked personal questions about my family. Really negative experience.
I was rejected at the 3rd round. I think I was rejected because of the case-study BS.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
