Interview
First round screening call (15 mins), covering background and interest in the role and company. Second round video call with recruiter (45 mins), covering same things but in more detail. Need to know about BREAD process and understand your role within this, showing that you understand where the client services role fits in. Third round (1hr x 2 different CS managers) for project interview and role play/behavioural interview. Presented with 3 case studies and given short time to find suitable experts, explaining why. Role play call with pretend expert and behavioural questions. Final round would have been behavioural with VP.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
