I applied online and they scheduled an online interview, which is recorded. They give you a practice question and then for every question you get 30 seconds to prepare and then 1 minute or 30 seconds to reply. There is also a writing section with no time constraints.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
