Interview
I submitted CV and cover letter and was invited to complete an online interview where you answer questions in front of the camera for 60 seconds. The HR was helpful and answered all questions I had and solved a problem I experienced with the online interview process. I was rejected after that saying they felt my personality did not meet their criteria.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
