They give you an IQ /Behavioral working style quiz followed by a test to see how fast you type. You get back your insights from the tests for future reference
First call was very low stakes, more of a conversation. Told me about my experiences and why I was interested in the role. Also asked what drew my attention to the role in the first place.
Great interview process. Make sure you are prepared fully. Was an online interview through Google Meet. The interviewer was on time and was well-prepared with questions and comments to ask.
