I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
First call is behavioral to see if you are a general fit for the role. Second interview is a case study with a manager. I was unhappy with my performance there, but the interviewer was more focusing on how I work with feedback, than on my immediate results. Third round was in the office to see if we are a mutual fit. The process is "easy" in the sense that you get to be yourself and see if it works. I answered a few questions with "no" or "I dont know", but that was fine because they are looking at the bigger picture. Overall a very transparent interview process where all my questions were answered and I felt as though I got a realistic perspective on the role.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
