Alpine Ocean Seismic Survey interview questions

1st Interview went okay. HR lady + division head. Pretty standard questions i.e. "Tell us about your educational background" or "I see you worked at XYZ, tells about that", etc. Lasted about thirty minutes. 2nd interview was great. On a call with the same HR lady + one of the managers. HR lady asked same questions as before, very script like. After about 15 minutes the HR lady left the call. Manager and I spoke for a good hour after that. Great guy, good rapport, solid impression of the company. Leaving that interview, I was feeling quite confident about my prospects. After the second interview; not a peep from the company for months. Straight ghosted. I reached out a couple of times and was given the same non-committal sort of response like "We'll circle back for a last call" or "I'll get you an update from the hiring manager". Never happened. I get that I may have been one of many candidates but at least have the decency to tell someone yes or no. This whole time I've felt like Alpine was leading me on without ever intending to hire (or at the very least let me know one way or the other). If this is how they treat a prospective employee I'd be wary about the treatment of their personnel. Consider yourself warned.
