Interview
The interview process differs from position to position. Overall it is very thorough and usually, it takes multiple visits with different people in the organization. The owner cares a lot about his company and will strive to find the right people for the right position. Sometimes there is a lack of communication within the company though. They have an HR dept that is currently progressing forward and taking shape.
