It is easy to do a interview at altruist you just need to be confident. We should try to prepare about some topics in English. You have to give your best interaction while wearing formal dress and shoes are mandatory.

Interview
the interview is not professional, i got interviewed and they said you are selected for the job, for one week, during training without any explanation they fired me. they didnt even tell about the reason. when i ask them they said "its just a mistake from our side".
There was 2 rounds in interview. 1st round was about general questions about myself and qualification details and asked me to speak in telugu abt Chennai city since I known telugu they tested. 2nd round Hr came and asked me about to talk in telugu for few mins.
