The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlumierMD (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview process was okay. No interview with HR. Directly interviewed with executives. Salary expectations were given and the executives agreed at first
Offer letter was sent for 25% less than the lower limit of my salary expectations.
They agreed to come near my expectations then. After a day, gave me a rejection email saying that the position expectations are now changed and initial salary also cannot be met.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience related questions mostly. How did you manage priorities. Etc
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlumierMD (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interviewed via Teams. Average discussion and questions. I was assured I would hear from the company regarding any decision, but that did not happen. And was ghosted by HR when I followed up with an email.

Interview
The interview process was super rushed and impersonal. I was only scheduled for one interview and the interviewer was late, awkward, and did not have any questions to ask me other than "tell me about yourself". Once I started talking, he cut me off to mention that this was just a screening and I could go into more detail in my other interview. That should have been a red flag for me.
Instead, he asks me if I actually have a couple minutes I can spare after the interview, granted, it hasn't even been 10 minutes yet? I oblige only because the interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and I didn't mind giving them that full time. First of all, I did not realize that it was going to a full on interview that was more than 30+ mins plus.
The interviewer also kept me on the Zoom call while he was trying to get in touch with the other interviewer. I sat uncomfortably for a couple minutes and then I realized this was a huge mistake. I should have just hung up.
Immediately, once the other interviewer hops on, she lets me know that the guy before is just there to screen anyone before she talks to them (???)
I spent the next 30 minutes trying to come up with answers for all her little questions. I would answer them to the best of my ability and she would literally nit pick at my answers and give me her unsolicited negative experience with "other workers that weren't passionate about skincare".
The real kicker is that even though she knew I probably was not a good candidate for this position, she still sent me a pre employment assessment that truly was a waste of time and energy. I'm writing this review because AlumierMD wasted my time and energy and I would like to warn others before they apply for a position that will do the same.
By the way, they had me do ALL this and wouldn't even tell me how much the compensation range was. That should give you a hint of what kind of company this is!
