3 Main parts to the interviewing day:
1). Group Exercise -
We were put into 2 groups of 6 people each and given a prompt to discuss about within the group, and then present our answer at the end of the given time. It was recommended to show collaboration skills, but also leadership too.
2). Personal Interview -
We were then each put into a call with a recruiter to be asked 3 main competency-related questions (note: not technical), and answer them as well as any other branching questions about the topics brought up, including difficulties faced and what skills were needed to be used.
3). Presentation -
Finally we were given a different recruiter to present to a presentation prepared in advance. After presenting, the recruiter would then ask questions about the topic dicussed in the presentation, including skills learned and its usefulness for your future career.
