Amazon Human Resource Partner interview questions

The interview process was very long. It went on for multiple months with very little communication throughout the process. It required meeting with many individuals, doing online assessments, and studying their "values" language with the expectation that you mirror it in the interview process.

Candidates are expected to answer using the STAR method with measurable results. The final stage often includes a panel interview and a Bar Raiser who ensures hiring standards are met.
