Interview
Just went to a building and met with a lady with a room filled with other hopeful job seekers. It was very easy, and what I remember was nothing too challenging
Polite, drug test was taken, told to wait for ERC decision because of shoulder replacements, and did not get an answer back from company. Given a date and dis not received an answer by hire date, fired my for no reason.

Not really an interview. They just kind of hire you. You then go to a place so u can get your badge and first day sorted. They drug test you. Then you go to the site and work
