3 interviews back to back of 30 minutes each with a current AM or OM. They will ask you similar questions. No experience is required with them just looking at your thought process of handling certain situations.
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
