The interview process was really long and structured. I did manage to get to the final stage after 6 interviews. All the interviewers were really professional, the experience was totally good. The bad thing was that only after all the interviews they told me that everyone were ok with me but the position was already taken , so i wasted my time
was headed by 2 different Operations Mangers.
Each was asking questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles.
And other practical questions related to the role. There was no specification to the locations which requires you to be flexible.
Good experience with Amazon interview process. Prepare for situational based questions. Factors which would be seen are how can you handle a situation under limited resources/difficult times. For freshers, go through all Amazon principles and answer accordingly.
