Interview
Pretty standard process and I'd say easy. Asked typical questions for this position, which you can google and learn before the interview. I know it's easy to say, however you just have to be confident and don't stress too much. They know that it's a stressful situation for you
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
