Interview
Very easy. You fill out the application and pass a drug test and background check. There isn't really an interview. I went during a job fair at the facility. It makes the process faster if you fill out the application before you go in. They only hire direct a couple of times during the year. It is best if you do not go through the temporary company and get hired directly.

Asked a few pertinent questions about abilities. There was an explanation of what the company did. The expected quality level. What a shifts are available. The length of the shift. The options of how it rotated week to week.
