I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process is most likely set up in a big city where you are provided transportation to and from. For me specifically there were two different interview conducted with two current area managers who asked questions based on what they had to and what your answers were.

Question 1
They asked many behavioral questions that consisted of "Tell me about a time when..."
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
