I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2017
Interview
A recruiter saw my linked in profile, asked me to apply online so I did. A couple months later I was asked to come in for an interview. I interviewed onside, they flew me out and paid for hotels, food, flight, etc. It was two 45 min sessions with two people. Interview procress was great, asked a couple questions to get to know me then drove right into to behavioral questions and a case study. Both interviews were very welcoming, with a positive attitude and answered all my questions.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Describe a time you set a goal and how you achieved it.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
