I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
I completed the online application. The application process includes what I would call an aptitude/interest survey. I was given the opportunity to upload high school and college diplomas as a PDF file, which I did. Within 24 hours I was emailed a link to set up a telephone interview.
The phone interview was this morning. The interviewer was polite and pleasant. I believe *every* question that she asked is listed in the reviews here. I was so thankful that I came here before the interview. I had a chance to rehearse my answers in advance. The interviewer ended by saying I would receive an email within 24 hours to set up an in-person interview. The email came instantly and my in-person interview is scheduled for later this month.

Question 1
None of the questions were unexpected. If you intend to interview with Amazon, do read the questions here and think of how you will answer them.
No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
