Interview
1st round was like elocution i.e you have to talk about any topic which you feel comfortable with for like 2 min.They don't give you much time to prepare and you have to talk before all the other people who came for the interview.
It was short but they seemed disengaged. They asked maybe 4 questions that were all typical interview questions. Not too bad but not very personable either. I felt like I answered the questions pretty well but still didn't get an offer even though they seemed desperate for workers.

Interview
I had an initial call to confirm the hours I could work and my availability. Then from there I got the job and did the training. I didn’t have to do a formal interview.
very indepth and took multiple interviews that seemed to repeat one another. all and all a good process. make sure to look up the position you are going into before the interview
