I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Santa Barbara, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process is incredibly quick. About 10 minutes after my phone interview, I was called by a recruiter to set up an in-person interview the next week. I met with 4 separate interviewers that each asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
