Interview
First interview was with HR over the phone. Pleasant, professional and engaging.
Second interview was scheduled to be held over Chime with Hiring Manager. Unfortunately HM cancelled 2 minutes before scheduled start, with no effort from his side to reschedule. I followed up to arrange reschedule. The second interview was eventually conducted over the phone, but I got the impression the HM was just going through the motions.
I again had to follow up on whether I progressed to the third interview, despite being told that they would get back to me.
Apart from interaction with Recruitment staff (which was professional) the rest was disappointing.

Tedious and long. Phone screen first, if you make past that expect 2 months of interview loops involving several different parties, a written essay and strategy questions involving Amazons work style.

Interview
A 3 stage interview, one with HR, one with a hiring manager and then a panel. The HR interview was background on experience, followed by role requirements, followed by behavioural questions to link to leadership principles. The second interview was with a hiring manager and was again experience and behavioural questions, but this time not aligned to the leadership principles. Both interviews went well, but I did not proceed beyond the second stage. They do not provide any feedback which is frustrating and it is a very long process, taking weeks to hear back on if your application is being progressed.
