Recruiter reached out to me. One phone call to decsribe the interview process and then followup emails to apply online, fill in forms etc. Recruiter provided some tips on how to be prepared for the phone screening, including reading Amazon Principles , Latest Letter to Amazon Shareholders

Describe a situation where you did not meet a commitment at work ?
HR is very helpful. He provided me tons of documentations to prep the interview which includes types of questions. They also provide example questions and answers. The HR spent two calls to guide me through the interview process and how to prep the interview.
Normal 5 loop interview. No surprises. No coding interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. All remote. Very helpful recruiter. Hiring Manager interview was a bit odd, but maybe I was tired
Phone screening by HR. Regular tell me about yourself question, and emphasis on being technical as a must. There will be quite a few rounds of interview, and the first one will contain a system design validating your technical skills.
