Interview
The interview process was watching a video, taking a picture for badge, and background and drug test. Then you are called and placed where they need you. The interview is a group interview, at their warehouse. Where new expected associates are to watch a video. This video tells Amazon's motto, atmosphere, job descriptions, and shifts. It's really in and out just make sure to come with two forms of Identification.
Fast, not much like a traditional interview. Super easy just follow steps given to you in your email after applying. No pressure, maybe too relaxed even. High chance you get hired right away.
They just hire you, you don't need to prepare anything. Just show up and say that you'll do the job. All you need to do is show up and say you want to work
I had the best time ever in the interview that day. They were nice they gave me food. They pick me up and took me home. I really really really really really hope I get to Job
