I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Amazon recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for an open SDE position I would be suited for. First round was an online coding assessment with 2 problems and some behavioral questions. Next was a phone round with 2 coding problems and some behavioral questions.
Finally, was invited onsite to Seattle for their "blitz" style interview with 4 rounds. Each round was an hour long, spending the first half on behavioral questions based on their Leadership Principles, followed by a technical question. 2 rounds had coding questions and the other two had system design/OOP questions.
They really do focus a lot on their Leadership Principles when they ask their behavioral questions. Their follow-up questions are often based on what you just answered, so be prepared with your answers in detail.
It started with an OA, and then after a few weeks, I got invited to four rounds of interviews: technical and behavioral at 3 of the 4, and behavioral only at one.

Interview
Empresa extremamente clara sobre o que é pedido na entrevista e isso me mostra a seriedade. Minha experiencia foi positiva e tente se atentar a resolver o problema e não somente decorar padrões do leetcode.

Interview
Online Assessment is the first step in the process. I didn’t have an HR phone screening and went straight to the OA after applying. It was sent to me about a week after I submitted my application.

Question 1
The first question is LeetCode style algorithms question, and the second question gives a full stack repo (choice of Java, NodeJS, or Django) and asks to solve a backend issue which is causing a bug in the frontend. Unit tests must pass to pass the second question. You can run both backend/frontend indivdually or together
