I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Connected with recruiter through college job fair. The recruiter then emailed me the next steps before interviewing with consisted on completing an online assignment (very easy). Two days later they concated me again to schedule a in-person interview in Orlando and was offered a car rental and hotel accommodations. The interview was two hours long, two 1:1 interviews with two different managers. One is a case study question and the other where behavioral questions. One of the managers did not show any enthusiasm at all, but the other interviewer was pretty great. I heard about the offer about a week later.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
