Interview
No interview. They just train you. Make sure you pick up a shift and then it’s basically like you’re hired just show up. Amazon is not for everyone some people walk out first day.
No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.
Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
