I got selected through a process with recruitment and interview with the manager and then the team. The phone interview was long. The manager lost interest very suddenly not sure why

Make sure that you have a clear understanding of their 14 leadership principles and how they relate to your background. Also familiarize yourself with the STAR interview method. They are extremely strict in following that guideline.
