Following a successful initial HR screening, you have progressed to a pivotal one-hour interview with the hiring manager. This stage is characterized by a high-intensity, rapid-fire format that intentionally strips away "small talk" to maximize the evaluation of your professional competencies and situational judgment.

6 back-to-back interviews - loop round. Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.

One round with hiring manager. After passing, it is followed by four with working level colleagues, each of 45 mins duration. All interview results will be collected and reviewed together
